FABRICATION PROCESS

We have a modern treatment plant and integral production of parts in different types of rubber.
From the definition of the characteristics of each piece, we put our means
production and technology to provide excellent products.

STEPS IN THE PRODUCTION CHAIN

Raw Material

It is obtained from the Alergom deposit. It has a sector specially conditioned for a correct stowage and the classification of the raw materials.

Mixed

Previously the raw materials are rigorously weighed in machines with digital registration. The mixing consists of two stages: filling (base mix) in Bambury and then completing the compound in the open mixer.

Laboratory

The quality of the raw material and the mixture obtained is verified.

Production

Pressing
Injection
Stamping
Extrusion / Trafilado

Controlled by a PLC of advanced technology for the automation in the processes of vulcanizado.

Reinforced

According to the quantities of production, geometry, customer requirement we use three methods: Criorebabado (Nitrogen), Grinders, Machinery and special devices.

Final Product

We work to guarantee the maximum quality, reserve in the delivery and the maintenance of the minimum stock for our habitual customers.
